About Stancor Copper
Stancor Copper sells copper, brass and cupro-nickel under its own brands, manufactured to Stancor specification by contracted OEM plants in India and China while our own facility is under construction. Every heat is made to our chemistry and tolerance, inspected at source and shipped with an EN 10204 3.1 certificate.
Conductivity You Can Certify.
A busbar is bought on one number and a condenser tube on one property. Both are fixed on a Stancor datasheet, made to it by a qualified OEM plant, measured before despatch and stated on the certificate — then cut, punched, bent and tinned to your drawing.
Metal That Survives the Sea.
Cupro-nickel earns its price where steel pits and brass dezincifies. We supply 90/10 for service up to 2.5 m/s and 70/30 for high velocity, brackish and polluted water, made to ASTM B111 and B466 under our inspection — with eddy current and hydro reports in the pack.

- Copper Busbars & Flats — ETP and oxygen-free copper busbar, 3 mm to 50 mm thick, cut, punched, bent and tinned to drawing.
- Copper Sheets, Plates & Strips — ETP, oxygen-free and DHP copper sheet 0.5 mm to 25 mm, strip from 0.2 mm, cut to size.
- Copper Tubes & Pipes — C12200 DHP copper tube 6 mm to 159 mm OD in straight lengths and coils for plumbing, HVAC and heat exchangers.
- Brass Rods, Hexagons & Sections — C36000 free cutting, C37700 forging and C46400 naval brass rod, hexagon, square and flat, 3 mm to 120 mm.
- Cupro-Nickel Tubes, Pipes & Fittings — 90/10 and 70/30 cupro-nickel tube, pipe, plate, fittings and flanges for seawater and condenser duty.
- Phosphor Bronze Strip & Rod — C51000 phosphor bronze strip 0.1 mm to 3 mm and rod 6 mm to 50 mm in annealed to spring temper.
