ETP and oxygen-free copper busbar, 3 mm to 50 mm thick, cut, punched, bent and tinned to drawing.

A busbar is bought on one number — conductivity — and everything else is fabrication. We stock C11000 electrolytic tough pitch and C10200 oxygen-free copper at 100% IACS minimum, in half-hard and annealed temper, 3 mm to 50 mm thick and up to 400 mm wide. Bars are cut to length, radiused, punched to your hole pattern, bent on the flat or the edge, and hot tin dipped or silver plated where the joint demands it. Every bar ships with its conductivity stated on the certificate, not assumed from the alloy name.
